This policy explains how MR.POSITIVE HOLDINGS LLC ("we", "us") handles information in our website and apps, including PositiveOS and its Plan, Mood, Health, Journal, Wealth and Valor features.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you create an account or sign in.
- Content you enter: plans, goals, mood check-ins, journal entries, health and fitness information (such as food, weight, progress photos and data from devices you connect, like WHOOP), financial information you add or connect, messages you send to Valor, and other entries you choose to save.
- Basic technical data: device type, browser, app version and error logs needed to keep the service working and secure.
How we use it
- To provide the app, save your entries and show your history and charts.
- To keep accounts secure and fix problems.
- To answer messages you send us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your entries for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host and run the service for us (such as cloud hosting, database, AI and account-connection providers), under agreements that require them to protect it, or when required by law.
Health and wellness information
Mood, journal and health entries are personal. They are private to your account and are used only to provide the service to you. Our apps are self-improvement tools, not medical care, and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
Storage and security
Your data is stored with reputable cloud providers and protected in transit with encryption. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and all of your data at any time by emailing nick@mrpositivehq.com. We will complete the request within 30 days.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your information. Email us and we will help.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
